Returns & Exchanges

At Swatched, we want you to love your glow; if a shade isn't your perfect match, you can return gently used products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been more than 20% consumed.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Products

  Securely place your beauty items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
